After careful selection, the grapes are destemmed and crushed, the skins are left in contact with the must with its own lees for 20 days at a constant temperature of 24/26°C

sensory characteristics
Lively ruby red, plums, carob, cherries on the nose. In the mouth it is warm, rightly tannic, intense, with a finish of red fruit jam
