Description
Grapes: Primitivo
Vinification: selection and harvesting of the grapes by hand, followed by vinification with maceration of the skins at a controlled temperature.
Aging: initial aging in stainless steel tanks and then in the bottle.
Smell: strong, fruity aroma with notes of small red fruits.
Taste: full-bodied, soft, fairly tannic, harmonious.
Alcohol content: 13% vol.
Serving temperature: to be served in balloon glasses at a temperature of about 18/20 °C.
Pairings: energetic and well-structured wine suitable to accompany rich and tasty dishes such as red meat, and mature cheeses.
