COCOCCIOLA TERRE DI CHIETI I.G.T.
Grapes: Cococciola (native vine).
Vinification: the selected and hand-picked bunches are subjected to a soft process, the must obtained is left to decant and then sent to fermentation at a controlled temperature.
Aging: in stainless steel tanks.
Smell: ample bouquet, with enveloping aromas reminiscent of balsamic nuances, hints of broom and hawthorn, with slight notes of exotic fruit.
Taste: delicate, harmonious, sapid, persistent with a slight acid structure to make it quite fresh. Finale that recalls the bitter aromas of grapefruit. Good persistence.
Alcohol content: 12.5% vol.
Serving temperature: to be served at a temperature of 12/14 °C.
Serving suggestions: excellent as an aperitif, ideal with seafood salads, raw and fish and shellfish first courses. Perfect with white meats, boiled and grilled fish, sushi and with souffle. A wine of great versatility.
